| Pierce Tickle Best Man |
Greetings
from Charlottesville, Virginia! My name is Pierce Tickle and I am beyond
excited to be Philip's Best Man. I am currently enrolled in the School of
Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Virginia. I will
graduate this May with my B.S. in Computer Science. After this I will
hopefully be working somewhere in the Central Virginia area as a Software
Engineer.
Being Philip's younger
brother, I have known him for literally my entire life. Even though he
tried to push me out of my bassinet and asked our parents "when can we
take him back?", he has always been a great role model, trusted confidant,
and one of my best friends. We've had our fights and we've had our
laughs, and I am so happy to stand beside him as he takes this amazing next
step in his life.
I can't wait to officially welcome Chelsea to the family! She already feels like she
fits perfectly into our haphazard and fun family (not always an easy task with
so many personalities running around!). She has definitely proven herself
after putting up with Philip for 4 years... (and she wants to make that a
lifetime commitment?!).
I am beyond pumped to
dance to Taylor Swift's "Shake it Off" at the reception. I also
am definitely hoping to hear "99 Red Balloons" preferably both the
original and remade version as they are both amazing in their own ways.
Also, in keeping with Tickle tradition, I would love to have another Tickle
family wedding trio (The Tickle Males sang at Jenn and Kyle Lewis' wedding a
few years ago) to Abba's "Dancing Queen".
